A new version of the QuickSpecs Offline Application is available and ensures improved installation and synchronization by re-factoring the entire synchronization architecture. The Offline Application installation is now 75% faster than the previous release. In addition the synchronization and version upgrade time is at the same level as Product Bulletin, and all missing document issues should be resolved.

Please follow these steps:

1. Install the latest version of QuickSpecs Offline:
  • If you have a previous version installed go to “Settings” (wrench button on top right) first and ensure you only selected the region(s) you need access to.
    You only need to select “Worldwide QuickSpecs” if you want to access all worldwide documents additionally to your region documents. Find more information on how documents appear in the regional instances in the FAQs.
  • Now you are ready to download the latest version of the Offline Application at www.hp.com/go/qs: Scroll to “QuickSpecs Off-line” and click on the “Download the application” link in the “HP QuickSpecs Offline Application” section.
2. Synchronize with the most current QuickSpecs documents:
  • To ensure you have access to all your documents click on “Sync” (cloud button on top right) in the Offline Application.
  • If you still encounter missing documents please send an email to quickspecs.support@hp.com and specify for which products.

If you are using the old HP Product Bulletin online and off-line access tool, now is the time to visit the new QuickSpecs page at www.hp.com/go/qs and download the new Offline Application. Familiarize yourself with the new QuickSpecs solution by reviewing the training videos, user and installation guides.
