  1. Access the HP Marketing Application Support and Service Center
  2. Click on NEW SUPPORT TICKET
  3. Complete the mandatory fields
  4. Submit your query
  5. You will receive email notifications if the status of your ticket is changing
  6. In order to modify your ticket or review your ticket status, please follow the instructions below.

In order to be able to modify your ticket or review your ticket status, you need to have an account with the HP Marketing Application Support and Service Center.

  1. Login to the HP Marketing Application Support and Service Center
  2. Click on MY TICKETS and select the request you wish to modify or review.

If you do not have an account yet, click on the Sign-up with us option to register.
  1. Enter your full name and email address and the number that is displayed in the Captcha field.
  2. You will receive an email with the account activation link in your destination email address
  3. Click on the link to activate your account and define your account password.
  4. Upon successful registration, login to the HP Marketing Application Support and Service Center with your email-address and password.
