How do I access QuickSpecs on the HP Marketing Document Library?
Go to the QuickSpecs site at www.hp.com/go/qs, click on “Search active QuickSpecs” and start your search for QuickSpecs documents.
How do I get access to archived QuickSpecs?
Enter the QuickSpecs site at www.hp.com/go/qs, click on “Search all QuickSpecs” and start your search. This will show both active and retired QuickSpecs. To only see retired ones, expand “Status” in the left rail and select “Retired”.
Is it possible to view a QuickSpecs document revision history?
Yes, for QuickSpecs viewed in the online HP Marketing Document Library, view the html version of the QuickSpecs. In the upper right, click on the drop down list to the right of “Version History”. Click on any of the listed versions to view that past version. Scroll to the end of the QuickSpecs and expand the last section to view a summary of changes for each past version.
How do I make sure to work with the latest revision of the document?
The latest version of the document is opened by default in the HP Marketing Document Library.
Are QuickSpecs available for retired products?
Yes. From May 16, 2014 onwards, QuickSpecs for the retired products are available in the online and offline QuickSpecs solutions.
How do I access and search for QuickSpecs documents when I am offline?
HP Product Bulletin continues to be the tool for viewing QuickSpecs offline.
How do I install HP Product Bulletin offline?
Enter the QuickSpecs site at www.hp.com/go/qs. Select “Download the HP Product Bulletin application”.
Do I need to purchase any software or premium services to access QuickSpecs documents online and offline?

No, the QuickSpecs online and offline solutions are available free of charge.
How can I access pricing information?
On the QuickSpecs site www.hp.com/go/qs, you will find a link to the iQuote tool at www.hpiquote.net. The HP Product Bulletin also includes a Quick Quote feature and provides internet prices.
How do I access and download product images?
On the QuickSpecs site at www.hp.com/go/qs, select “Product Photos”. This will take to HP Inc.'s global marketing asset repository HP Asset Hub at www.hp.com/go/assethub. HP Asset Hub provides access to the entire HP Inc. catalog of imagery. When entering HP Asset Hub, you will be redirected to HP Passport to authenticate before you can access the asset library. If you are new to the system, visit the HP Asset Hub Resource Center for instructions how to register. Training, user guides and access to the helpdesk are also provided through that site.
